HOW DOES THE POLICY WORK?
When signing up with Ubuntu you will get a copy of your application form as well as a PAY@ card. As soon as your first payment is made your policy as well as your 6-month waiting period starts.
HOW SOON DO I GET MY PAYOUT WHEN I CLAIM?
With pay-out we have a 48 working hour cap on our claims.
HOW LONG IS THE WAITING PERIOD?
The waiting period is 6 months from the first payment received.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMING AMOUNT OF COVER I CAN GET?
The maximum amount of cover a person can have is R 25 000.00. and no more than 2 policies on the same person.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT ON THE POLICIES?
Starting age is 18 years old, but our pensioner plan goes up to 84 years old
